Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Layout Engineer to join our engineering and ergonomics team. You will work on industrial projects, read drawings, and support installation and facility setup.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, strong organization, and ability to work rotating shifts. We value teamwork, proactive problem solving, and clear communication to help ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant engineering field; experience in industrial projects, machinery installation, and facility setup.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical and architectural drawings; AutoCAD proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced English; availability for rotating shifts and weekends.

We're currently looking for a Layout Engineer to join our growing team of engineering and ergonomics professionals. Details about the role are as follows.-

Requirements

Professional Experience / required knowledge:

• Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial projects, machinery installation, and facility setup.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Time management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and/or weekends
