GPV is seeking an Industrial/Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to develop and execute factory capacity analysis and drive layout optimization. You will lead time studies, line balancing, and production flow improvements while updating route times in AX.

The role champions 6S, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives and collaborates with the quotations group on RFQ timing. Responsibilities include expansion and refurbishing projects, ensuring alignment with management systems and regulations, and strong

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with a proactive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency in CAD software or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute factory capacity analysis.
• Manage layout updates, revisions, and optimization proposals.
• Perform time analysis on all processes.
• Optimize production flow and line balancing.
• Lead layout process flow improvements.
• Update product route times in AX.
• Champion 6S methodology follow‑up.
• Drive Kaizen and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with quotations group to provide estimated standard times for RFQ.
• Manage and execute projects such as expansion, building and refurbishing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company management systems and regulations.

• Manage Lay out, Update changes, optimization proposals, control and manage lay out revisions
• Perform time analysis on all processes.
• Production and flow optimization.
• Time study analysis on workstations.
• Line balancing as well as production optimization.
• Lead lay out process flow improvements.
• Update product route times in AX.
• Champion for 6S’s methodology follow up.
• Drive and mentoring for Kaizen and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Colaboation with quotations group, provide estimated standard times for RFQ.
• Manage and execute projects initiative such as expansion, building and refurbishing facilities.
• Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering degree that allows performing the position
• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking
• Strong knowledge in Excell and Microsoft office tools.
• Strong knowledge on CAD sw or similar platform
