Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a Lean Manufacturing specialist to map and sequence assembly tasks for optimal operator flow and ergonomics.

You will perform cycle time and takt time studies to balance workload to the 60-second benchmark, design line balancing matrices, and implement standard work for legacy and new equipment installations.

Success depends on a strong analytical mindset, data‑driven problem solving, and clear collaboration with shop-floor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assembly Sequencing & Workstation Design: map tasks for optimal operator flow and ergonomics.
• Cycle Time & Takt Time Alignment: balance cycle times to the 60-second Takt Time benchmark.
• Line Balancing: design matrices to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operator allocation across peak demand phases.
• Standard Work Implementation: author SOPs and standard operating routines for legacy (30%) and new equipment installations (70%).
• Lean Manufacturing mastery: Line Balancing, Yamazumi Charts, Time & Motion Studies, 5S, Standard Work.
• Proficiency in process workflow design and workstation ergonomic optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven problem solving, and collaborative communication with shop-floor teams.
