Belden Inc. in Mexico is seeking an Industrial Safety & EHS Engineer to lead risk prevention and drive continuous improvement of EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.

You will strengthen safety culture, prevent injuries, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NOM-STPS standards, and corporate policies. Additionally, you will support Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership while coordinating Occupational Health, Environmental, and Industrial Safety initiatives across

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Safety, EHS, or a related position within manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Knowledge of NOM-STPS standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience participating in internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Ability to develop and deliver EHS training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk prevention and continuous improvement of EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strengthen safety culture, prevent injuries and incidents, and control risks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Mexican regulations.
• Provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Coordinate Occupational Health, Environmental, and Industrial Safety initiatives.
• Lead audits and report EHS metrics and actions.
