A leader in the door and docking industry is seeking a Technical Service Specialist in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This on-site role requires experience in mechanical and electrical systems, with responsibilities including customer interfacing, installations, and technical documentation. Ideal candidates will have three or more years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in manufacturing. Formación

• Three+ years experience in a technical support role.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanics and industrial controls is required.

Responsabilidades

• Interfacing with customers for troubleshooting and product functionality.
• Traveling to customer locations for installations and repairs.
• Documenting data obtained during technical service activities.
