Nexon Automation in Guanajuato, Mexico seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead automation projects for automotive clients. You will manage planning, execution, and quality across capital equipment initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Engineering bachelor's and a Master in Manufacturing Systems or Business, with Advanced English and a valid passport/VISA.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science with professional license.
Master's in Manufacturing Systems or Business.
Advanced English is mandatory.
Passport and VISA are required.

Responsabilidades

Ensure projects are planned, executed, and quality-controlled using PM methodologies.
Lead lifecycle stages: planning, resource management, execution, monitoring, control, closeout.
Manage customer relationships and report project status, risks, and countermeasures.
Oversee financial resources and project metrics dashboards; handle budgeting and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate planning and solution development.
Define scope with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility for delivery.
Develop relationships for new opportunities with Commercial Department.
