LHH Talent Solutions (London Headhunters) is seeking a General Manager to lead our operations in Mexico City within the automation industry. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and oversee day-to-day activities.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and a proven track record in turning visions into results. A competitive base salary of 250,000 MXN per month plus performance bonuses is offered.

Formación

• Proven leadership in the automation industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
