Ford Model e U.S. is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Trainee to join a dynamic team handling services from Major Construction and plant maintenance to IT and corporate services. You will learn the procurement lifecycle from market analysis to supplier evaluation and contract support.

You will develop analytical skills, research market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while applying Lean and digitalization to drive team agility and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Data Analytics or Project Management is a strong plus.
• Fluent/Advanced English required for global communication.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the full procurement lifecycle from market analysis to supplier evaluation.
• Assist in Local Commodity Strategies development and contract support.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, IT) to drive improvements.
