Ford Champs is recruiting an Indirect Purchasing Trainee in the Mexico region. You will join a dynamic team to learn procurement lifecycle from market analysis to negotiations, while supporting local commodity strategies and data-driven recommendations.

As a final-year student in supply chain/engineering or business, you will gain hands-on experience with SAP/Ariba, Excel and Power BI, collaborating with Engineering, IT and Maintenance teams to drive value and learning in a structured 12-month

Formación

• Final-year university student pursuing a related degree.
• 0 to 2 years of internship or project experience in procurement, logistics or data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Support creation and updating of Local Commodity Strategies using market data.
• Analyze purchasing data and KPIs to identify spend patterns and opportunities.
• Assist in cost optimization and financial modeling for supplier negotiations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives in procurement.
• Participate in large-scale bids and learn contract management basics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track supplier performance.
