Job summary

CHANEL in Mexico City seeks a CFO-led Indirect Procurement Manager to lead non-manufacturing purchases across Marketing, Logistics, HR, IT and more. You will drive a market-building procurement function, establish governance, and elevate capability in the country under global guidelines.

The role requires 6–8 years in Indirect Procurement with a track record in transformation, strong analytics and stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement Consulting.
• Experience leading procurement transformation and cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Governance: design and ensure compliance with Indirect Procurement policies and approval frameworks.
• S2P: contribute to deployment and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay model with Finance and IT.
• Define and execute the Indirect Procurement roadmap for Mexico, aligned with global guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, savings tracking and executive reporting.
• Lead supplier selection through competitive sourcing (RFPs, cost analysis, negotiations).
• Lead end-to-end procurement projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
