Calorex, part of Ariston Group, seeks an Indirect Buyer to manage supplier relationships and deploy procurement strategies supporting US & Canada businesses. The role emphasizes contract management, cost savings, and P2P excellence across indirect spend categories including Marketing, HR, MRO, and CAPEX.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in indirect procurement, SAP MM proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish. Location: Saltillo, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

The Indirect Buyer is responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities supporting the United States and Canada businesses across indirect spend categories, including Marketing, Human Resources, MRO, and CAPEX. The role supports the execution of the Group Procurement Strategy by ensuring competitive sourcing, effective supplier management, contract compliance, business continuity, and the achievement of financial, quality, and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned categories.
• Support the deployment of Group Procurement strategies and contribute to global sourcing initiatives.
• Lead local supplier negotiations and contract management activities to secure optimal commercial conditions.
• Execute Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes in compliance with Group policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely processing.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance, evaluating cost, quality, service, and delivery metrics.
• Identify operational, commercial, and financial risks within the supply base and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Develop and execute cost reduction and value improvement initiatives to support business targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or indirect purchasing roles.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP MM module is required.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing indirect procurement processes and indirect spending categories such as Marketing, HR, MRO, and CAPEX is preferred.
• Strong business and market understanding with a strategic procurement mindset.
• Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
• Supplier relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong results orientation, with responsibility for delivering key procurement performance indicators, including cost savings, payment terms improvement, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, data integrity, and process efficiency.
