Ariston Group is seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage sourcing and procurement for US and Canada support across Marketing, HR, MRO, and CAPEX. You will drive competitive sourcing, supplier management, and contract compliance while supporting the Group Procurement Strategy.

You will lead local supplier negotiations, monitor performance, and implement cost reduction initiatives, working with internal stakeholders to align with business targets and regulatory requirements.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in procurement, sourcing or indirect purchasing.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management and cost-saving projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM module.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing indirect procurement across Marketing, HR, MRO and CAPEX.

  • Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary contact for assigned categories.
  • Support deployment of Group Procurement strategies and contribute to global sourcing initiatives.
  • Lead local supplier negotiations and contract management to secure optimal commercial conditions.
  • Execute Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes in compliance with Group policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance, evaluating cost, quality, service, and delivery metrics.
  • Identify risks within the supply base and implement mitigation plans.
  • Develop and execute cost reduction and value improvement initiatives to support business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

The Indirect Buyer is responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities supporting the United States and Canada businesses across indirect spend categories, including Marketing, Human Resources, MRO, and CAPEX. The role supports the execution of the Group Procurement Strategy by ensuring competitive sourcing, effective supplier management, contract compliance, business continuity, and the achievement of financial, quality, and service objectives.
