Ariston Holding N.V. through Calorex seeks an experienced Indirect Buyer to drive procurement across Marketing, HR, MRO and CAPEX for US/Canada. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and lead P2P processes with a focus on cost saving and risk management.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure policy compliance while delivering measurable procurement improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or indirect purchasing roles.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, contract management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes and indirect spend categories.
• Advanced English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier relationships and act as the primary contact for assigned categories.
• Support deployment of Group Procurement strategies and contribute to global sourcing initiatives.
• Lead local supplier negotiations and contract management to secure favorable commercial terms.
• Execute Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes in compliance with Group policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance using cost, quality, service and delivery metrics.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans within the supplier base.
• Develop cost reduction and value-improvement initiatives to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
