Hitachi Energy’s Power Transformers Division in Reynosa seeks a quality-focused professional to ensure materials and components meet strict standards before entering production. You will collaborate with Operations and Engineering, support PPAP activities and supplier evaluations, and analyze inspection data to drive timely decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and incoming quality inspection, ability to read engineering drawings, and proficiency with measurement

Formación

• High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing and incoming quality inspection.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of measurement equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, identify, and inspect materials to verify quality requirements.
• Support PPAP activities and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor processes, procedures, and quality standards for materials and components.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Analyze inspection data to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
• Use measurement equipment to verify established specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Promote safety, integrity, and continuous improvement in all activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
