Job summary

Nuvnext in Guadalajara is seeking a security/defense specialist to write and maintain incident response protocols. The role is in-person and on-site, focusing on creating clear procedures for alerts, escalation paths, and decision ownership.

You will run client drills, measure outcomes, and continuously improve protocols, ensuring compliance with laws and rights, while working directly with founders.

The role

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the platform, its alerts and its log.

• Day 60

  You write a client's complete protocols.

• Day 90

  You run a drill with the client and deliver what was learned.

Must have

• Orderly and obsessive about record keeping.
• Strict respect for the law and for people's rights.

Nice to have

• Certifications in emergency management or business continuity.
• Having coordinated drills.
