Job summary

Nuvnext seeks a proactive team member for its Guadalajara-based command center role, focusing on in-person, on-site operations. The position involves shaping how operators see alerts, prioritizing responses, and ensuring compliance with privacy and legal requirements.

You will map center workflows, design alert flows, measure performance improvements, and train staff to operate the platform across shifts and centers.

A command center has more screens than eyes. You bring intelligence there: what the operator should see first, what they get alerted about and how what they decide gets logged.

The role

• Map how a command center operates: shifts, protocols, who decides what.
• Design which alerts reach the operator, in what order and with what evidence.
• Measure response times before and after, with data.
• Train operators and supervisors on the platform.

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the platform and a client's monitoring center.

• Day 60

  You design the alert flow for a complete shift.

• Day 90

  You measure a center's response with the platform in operation.
