Zusammenfassung

Mastercard is seeking an Incident Response Engineer to monitor global production environments and lead rapid troubleshooting during incidents. You will coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and customers to minimize disruption and improve resilience.

You will perform RCA, assist with change and problem management, and analyze performance data to drive improvements in availability and security. Fluency in English is required and Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in production operations or incident response.
• Experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management in complex environments.
• Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, TCP/IP, MPLS) is preferred.
• Experience in 24x7 mission-critical environments; banking/payments background is a plus.
• Fluent English; Portuguese language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide 24x7x365 operational support for global infrastructure and apps.
• Lead and coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, and restoration of services.
• Perform RCA and drive corrective actions to reduce future incidents.
• Support change management and ensure changes have minimal production impact.
• Monitor traffic, troubleshoot routing/switching/tunneling issues, and coordinate with vendors.
