The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an experienced Inbound Transportation professional to orchestrate inbound transport and foreign trade operations, ensuring timely support for plant requirements. You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with carriers and 3PLs, and drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and efficiency across a global logistics network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, foreign trade, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, or 3PL operations.
• Strong knowledge of inbound transportation processes and logistics operations within manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing logistics KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• SAP knowledge, preferably related to logistics and transportation modules including P40.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and digital logistics tools such as FourKites and TM platforms.
• Experience reviewing transportation contracts and managing relationships with service providers.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound transportation and foreign trade operations to support plant requirements and continuity.
• Monitor transportation metrics, analyze performance indicators, and implement action plans to improve service and cost performance.
• Maintain relationships with inbound carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Conduct root cause analysis for transportation issues and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate contract signatures, renewals, and rate analyses for carriers.
• Provide operational support for logistics digital tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to optimize material flow.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in risk assessments and identify operational risk opportunities.
