The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to support cost and pricing across the supply chain. You will manage product standard costs, SAP master data, and cost analyses for launches and reformulations, partnering with regional teams to drive efficiency and transparency.

You will lead pricing variance processes, validate cost outcomes, and ensure internal controls while contributing to global standardization and digital transformation initiatives like S/4HANA deployments

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
  • Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Strong digital and data literacy for analytics to support decisions and efficiency.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance.
  • Growth mindset with experience driving process improvements and transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities and analyzing complex data for supply chain challenges.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plants.
  • Execute re-costing of materials based on BOM changes and validate results for assigned plants.
  • Lead pricing and PPV processes for assigned locations and ensure pricing compliance.
  • Oversee daily deliverables from third-party providers for pricing and accounting tasks, ensuring controls.
  • Serve as primary contact for costing and pricing escalations and resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting.
  • Promote global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management with regional teams.
  • Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing balances for timely financial recognition.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and prepare performance metrics for alignment across teams.
  • Contribute finance perspective to global initiatives like S/4HANA deployments and supply chain transformations.

What You’ll Do For Us
  • Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plant locations, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Execute re‑costing of materials based on Bill of Material changes, analyzing cost impacts and validating results for assigned plants.
  • Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes for assigned locations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers for pricing and accounting tasks, validating work against internal controls and corrective action standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for costing and pricing escalations, applying a broad perspective to resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit requirements relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting, maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards.
  • Promote consistent application of global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management, partnering with regional teams for continuous improvements.
  • Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing account balances for timely recognition of financial results.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities for enhancement, preparing perfrmance metrics, and facilitating alignment across teams.
  • Act as finance subject‑matter contributor on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and other supply chain transformations, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
  • Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with experience in driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem‑solving to supply chain challenges.
