• Experience operating or supervising a command, monitoring or dispatch center.
• Calm and able to stay ordered under pressure.
• Able to explain a protocol so anyone can follow it.
• Strict respect for privacy and the law.

Responsibilities

• Map how a command center operates, including shifts, protocols, and decision rights.
• Design which alerts reach the operator, their order, and supporting evidence.
• Measure response times before and after using the platform.
• Train operators and supervisors on the platform.
