innteciinnovations is seeking a logistics/operations professional to service customer needs and participate in the operation process. duties include receiving and processing orders, coordinating with warehouses, and managing shipments.

The role requires experience in import/export, customer service, and local logistics, with strong MS Office and English communication skills. Training leads to indefinite contract after completion.

Formación

• BS in Business Management, International Trade and/or Process Engineer or similar, equivalent years of experience.
• 2-3 years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in Import/Export, Customer Service, and local logistics environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/Order processing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process orders/purchase write up.
• Follow up with internal or external customers to clarify orders/purchase write up.
• Communicate orders internally according to the established process.
• Assure ownership of operational costs.
• Validate QA approval of vendor/item and certification link.
• Track and distribute orders; coordinate with 3rd party warehouses.
• Arrange domestic truck freight with carrier partners.
• Prepare documentation for customers; verify shipments.

Responsible for servicing external and internal customer needs and proactively participating in the operation process.

• BS in Business Management, International Trade and/or Process Engineer or similar, equivalent years of experience
• 2-3 yearin a similar role is preferred.
• Responsible under general supervision
• Relies on senior colleagues to provide accurate solutions for issues.

Key Activities and general responsibilities
Outbound order receipt / Inbound purchase write-up & Processing

• Receive and process orders/purchase write up
• Follow up with internal or external customers to clarify orders/purchase write up if needed.
• Communicate orders internally according to the established process.
• Assure ownership of operational costs.
• Validate Quality Assurance approval of vendor/item and certification link.

Logistics (Outbound)

• Responsible for tracking and order distribution
• Facilitate product releases and pick-ups with 3rd party warehouses as needed.
• Arrange domestic truck freight with our carrier partners.
• Prepare appropriate documentation for customers.
• Verify and track orders and shipments.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed following established guidelines.
• Manage relationships with the warehouses.
• In the case of an inventory discrepancy, logistics team leaders confer with team members and across departments to determine the source of the issue and resolve it.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Sales Support

• Support Account Managers / Traders with specific accounts.
• Hold anunderstanding of products/commodities to be able to answer most customer/traders’ inquiries.
• Communicate issues/challenges to the Trade team.
• Support Sr. Trader, Sales Executives, and Commodities/Account Specialists in efforts to gain and retain customers/vendors including logging appropriate information (e.g., contact information) into CRM.
• Create new customer/supplier relations in system

Knowledge required

• Experience in an Import/Export, Customer Service, and local logistics environment is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Hiring details

2. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (daylight saving / summer time)
