Vertiv Group in Mexico (Tijuana area) is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator responsible for all transactions related to importing and exporting goods. Working under the Export/Import Supervisor, you will manage cross-border processes and ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key duties include coordinating with overseas vendors, selecting transporters, handling letters of credit, and organizing payments, with travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in management or engineering is required.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory; may require after-hours.
• Drive and self-motivation; weekend work might be required.

Responsabilités

• Handle import transactions, coordinate with vendors, and complete customs filings.
• Coordinate export/transit activities, liaise with customers and transporters.
• Manage cost estimations and letters of credit.
• Register with bonded warehouses and organize related payments.
