Xylem is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst in Chihuahua to manage daily import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and Xylem requirements. You will collaborate with brokers, logistics, and internal teams to execute and control transactions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customs/trade compliance, knowledge of IMMEX/PROSEC, and strong SAP/Excel skills, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customs, import/export, or Trade Compliance in manufacturing or IMMEX/maquiladora environments.
• Practical knowledge of Mexican import/export operations and customs documentation.
• Experience reviewing pedimentos and supporting customs documentation.
• Knowledge of IMMEX, PROSEC, IVA-IEPS, Annex 24 and Annex 30; tariff classification and country of origin.
• Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers; SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily import and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance.
• Review import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, permits, and pedimentos for compliance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure correct processing and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor Annex 24/30, inventory records, reconciliations, discharges, and expiration monitoring.
• Maintain records per Xylem policies and Mexican regulatory requirements; support IMMEX/PROSEC documentation.
• Assist with audits, internal reviews, and information requests by gathering records and documentation.
• Track trade compliance KPIs and support corrective actions and process improvements.
