Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in foreign trade, import/export, customs, or international logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of customs entries, IMMEX, customs documentation, and inventory control.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience using ERP or foreign trade systems.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on temporary and permanent import and export operations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain foreign trade documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile physical inventory against system records.
• Follow up on customs entries, receipts, shipments, returns, and changes in customs regime, as applicable.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between documentation, records, and physical inventory.
• Maintain databases and internal controls related to operations and inventory.
• Coordinate information with Warehouse, Materials, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Quality, suppliers, and carriers.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper traceability of operations.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to foreign trade operations.
