Thomson Reuters is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to lead ONESOURCE Pagero implementations for global clients. You will train users, configure software to client needs, and ensure high-quality service through strong problem solving and communication skills.

The role requires collaboration across product, sales and support, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget in a hybrid work environment.

Job description

Thomson Reuters are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to work with global clients and lead the implementation of ONESOURCE Pagero - our e-invoicing compliance software - with their systems. This is the perfect role for a well-organised, collaborative and analytical person that wants to grow their career within the software implementation space and collaborate with a varied book of clients. You'll use your knowledge of coding, excellent communication skills and problem solving skills to tackle client configuration issues and ensure a the highest level of service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

As an Implementation Specialist with Thomson Reuters, you will:

• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional software implementation team that specialises in e-invoicing solutions.
• Work directly with global clients to Understand their ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements. You'll run product demonstrations, deliver end-user and super-user training whilst configuring the software to meet their requirements.
• Use your analytical, project management and problem solving skills to test client software implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure that project plans are running to the required timelines and within budget.
• Resolve customer support issues by working with clients directly and collaborating with internal teams (such as product, sales and support) on a range of pre-sales software demos, and prospectively scoping client needs.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications

• An interest in software and how it is implemented and configured at a range of global institutions.
• An understanding of basic coding with the desire to learn and develop your skills within a software setting.
• An analytical mindset. You may have gained this through your academic studies or wider interest in coding, economics or project management.
• A collaborative attitude, able to work closely with colleagues at various levels of seniority and communicate sometimes complex solutions to international clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, able to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex scenarios in fast-paced environments, prioritizing competing demands and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Europe or be able to work a 6:00 am to 3:00 pm working shift
