Thomson Reuters is seeking an Assistant HR Manager for People & Leader Advisory (Maternity Leave Coverage) in Mexico City. You will provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders and employees, guiding people-related decisions and contributing to engagement and performance initiatives.
Responsibilities include delivering HR cycle activities, workforce planning, and advising on Employee Relations while coaching junior colleagues.
As an Assistant HR manager, People & Leader Advisory (Maternity Leave Coverage) you will play a key role in supporting business leaders and employees across Thomson Reuters. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational HR partnership, guide leaders through people-related decisions, and contribute to initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide operational consultancy to first line to middle managers and the wider HR community, with limited direction. Support designated BU in the delivery of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey. Develop solutions from a factual background and fundamental principles. Impart expert knowledge and direction in all HR disciplines to first and middle management. Will have in-depth knowledge of their BU/SBU i.e. customers, products, pressures, people and politics. Develop reports and analysis independently for workforce planning purposes. Contribute to a project as a team member with ownership of certain elements of the project. Advise first to middle management in medium to higher complexity of Employee Relations activity. Direct and coach more junior colleagues in their development and knowledge within the HR function. Lead and coordinate employee engagement events, wellbeing initiatives, and local People programs.
