Way4Services in Guadalajara is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our team and help deploy, configure, and customize enterprise financial software for customers.

You will manage go-live activities, document implementations, and collaborate with Development, QA, and Support to resolve issues.

This role requires strong SQL, Linux basics, and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders while working directly with customers.

Formación

• Experience in software implementation or related consulting roles.
• SQL experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to deploy, configure, and customize enterprise financial software. You'll participate in implementation projects from initial setup through go-live, helping customers successfully integrate our solutions into their environments.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Software Implementation, Application Support, Technical Consulting, or a similar role
• Experience working with SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness to work directly with customers
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
