ZF LIFETEC in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer I, II, or III / Expert to manage quotations of new products and engineering changes, and to drive profitability and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. You will work on process automation, line capacity, KPI maintenance, and collaboration with customer and sales teams to deliver robust manufacturing solutions.

Formación

• Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer or any other career with strong analytical ability required.
• Understanding of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
• Able to develop process improvements using design of experiments.
• Knowledge on sensors, cameras, PLC’s.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self managed and Self motivated to achieve results.

Responsabilidades

• Participate during the process of new projects, engineering changes or improvements needed.
• Strong knowledge in Automatization, integrators communication and developing new processes.
• Responsible to update and maintain equipment KPI’s.
• Strong knowledge in line capacity analysis and communication with customer & sales department.
• Support other departments developing a solid process and data to support process improvement through the organization.
• Keep projects on time and financially healthy, according to the milestones, with constant communication with corporate team.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
