Job summary

Montage International seeks candidates for the IMPACT Culinary Management in Training Program. You will gain hands-on leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to luxury hospitality operations through rotation across culinary outlets and roles.

You will be immersed in day-to-day culinary and F&B operations, with opportunities for advancement and exposure to corporate leadership insights within Montage and Pendry brands.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of culinary operations across multiple dining venues, including banquet, restaurant, and in-room dining environments.
• Ensure high-quality food products, presentation standards, and guest experiences aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Contribute to workforce planning, scheduling, and labor productivity initiatives.
• Attend meetings, improve processes, and develop relationships; deliver WOW moments.
