Trend Smart CE México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a capable IMMEX Operations coordinator in Tijuana to manage import/export activities and coordinate with Mexican and US brokers. You will oversee freight arrangements, ensure compliance with trade laws, and monitor HTS classifications.

Requirements include at least 2 years in a similar role, bilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with SAP or inventory/production systems. Strong organization and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Knowledge of BOM levels.
Experience with Office Word and Excel.
Manufacturing systems for inventory & production knowledge (SAP) a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
Organized with strong follow-up skills.

Mansioni

Oversee import and export transactions and coordination with MX & US customs brokers.
Coordinate freight arrangements with trucking companies and follow up.
Update law and regulation changes as soon as published in the DOF.
Ensure company compliance with global trade laws and duty/tax optimization.
Manage application of NAFTA and HTS classifications for imports/exports.
Coordinate logistics with customs brokers and freight companies.
Collaborate with different operation departments.
