Whirlpool Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Identity Security Senior Specialist to own, optimize, and support our enterprise identity stack, including SSO and MFA. You will configure tools, automate access and policy enforcement at scale, and collaborate with IT and security teams to safeguard critical systems and drive security best practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM, hands-on experience with Okta/Auth0, SAML/SCIM/OIDC, and relevant security

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in Identity/IAM role.
Strong technical proficiency in IAM solutions (Okta, Auth0, etc.).
Experience with large-scale IAM environments.
Experience with SSO technologies.
Experience with identity protocols (SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth 2.x).

Responsabilidades

Administer, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.
Configure tools, processes and systems for automating access and policy enforcement at scale in a complex environment.
Evangelize and implement security best practices for critical production systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with our IT team in implementing security best practices and support security initiatives around Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA.
Recommend and drive the adoption of technical security controls to strengthen security posture and identity user experience.
Support security initiatives across the organization via identity practices to support infrastructure and cloud systems against attack.
Participate in security incident response as needed
