Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an Identity Security Senior Specialist to own and optimize our enterprise IAM stack. You will configure and automate access, enforce policies at scale, and implement robust SSO, MFA, and identity protocols across production systems.

Work with cross-functional IT and security teams to champion security best practices, support incident response, and strengthen identity user experiences in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Identity/IAM roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in IAM solutions (Okta, Auth0).
• Experience with large-scale IAM environments and SSO strategies.
• Familiarity with SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth 2.x.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.
• Configure tools and processes for automating access and policy enforcement at scale.
• Implement security best practices for critical production systems.
• Collaborate with IT to support SSO and MFA initiatives.
• Drive adoption of security controls to strengthen posture and user experience.
• Support security initiatives across the organization via identity practices.
• Participate in security incident response as needed.
