Genpact is at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, delivering measurable outcomes for global enterprises. This role focuses on identity and access management, RBAC design, and secure access across multi-tenant environments in a manufacturing context.

You will work with Entra ID, Graph API, PowerShell, and AD to enable scalable identity operations, support audits, and ensure compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams across Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity).
• Experience in identity and access management engineering or operations.
• Knowledge of RBAC and least privilege in mixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Handle IAM activities across the environment.
• Manage application access provisioning at scale.
• Support audits and third-party risk assessments.
• Assist HR investigations with access history and forensics.
