Job summary

Blumberg Capital Company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote hardware support for enterprise servers in Nutanix-based hyper-converged environments. You will assist field engineers during hardware replacements, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage support tickets with precise problem framing.

The role requires 2+ years in enterprise hardware support, strong networking basics, Linux CLI familiarity, and solid English communication skills for global customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise hardware support or systems engineering.
• Experience with framing and troubleshooting hardware issues before escalation.
• Fluent in English with strong calls/ video session communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone and Remote Sharing to field engineers conducting hardware replacements.
• Handle hardware-related support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Frame problems clearly and escalate to specialized resources when needed.
• Follow documented procedures during replacement activities and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with customers and field engineers for seamless support and maintain case records.
