Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a TechOps Engineer based in Mexico City or Monterrey to keep customer environments stable, secure, and ready for what’s next, working at the intersection of cloud operations, enterprise software, and customer success.

With 3+ years in technical roles, you will operate and improve Teamcenter and Opcenter environments across cloud and on-premises, coordinate production changes, and collaborate with global teams across the Americas, India, and Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of professional experience in application support, systems administration, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL/databases, incident or ticket-management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira), and reading logs to diagnose issues.
• Exposure to cloud and modern infrastructure—AWS or Azure, containers/Kubernetes, monitoring platforms such as Datadog is highly valued.
• Teamcenter, Opcenter, PLM/MOM, CyberArk, or VirtualBox experience is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn complex platforms matter most.
• Strong written and spoken English, customer empathy, ownership, and the confidence to collaborate across cultures and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve support tickets and incidents end-to-end with a customer-first mindset.
• Operate, monitor, configure, update, and improve enterprise software environments (Teamcenter/Opcenter) across cloud and on-premises landscapes.
• Analyze system and application logs, assist root-cause investigations, and help turn learnings into reusable SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate controlled production changes and maintenance activities with global teams in a follow-the-sun operating model.
• Partner with engineers, solution consultants, and customer teams across the Americas, India, and Europe to deliver quality, reliability, and a great support experience.
