Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding needs to extending offers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and ensure policy compliance.
