TE Connectivity is seeking a Supplier Performance & Development Analyst to drive improvement across a regional supplier network supporting manufacturing operations. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to identify issues, lead root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to boost quality, delivery, and capacity.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, supplier-facing roles, and the ability to influence leaders including executives.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing environments with supplier-facing roles.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Experience developing supplier improvement plans.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

Manage a portfolio of 15-20 suppliers focused on performance improvement.
Analyze supplier performance in quality, delivery, and capacity.
Lead root cause analysis activities.
Coach suppliers on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Develop and track corrective action plans for sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Supplier Management teams.
Monitor supplier performance via KPIs, scorecards, audits and metrics.
Conduct regular onsite supplier visits across Mexico and the U.S.
