The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in quality or engineering, with a strong leadership background. The position is remote with travel requirements of up to 50%.

Formación

• 10+ years in quality or engineering field, with 5+ years in supplier quality leadership roles.
• Experience with multinational corporations and managing global/regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier quality performance and risk mitigation across the business unit.
• Develop and execute supplier quality strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage the global/regional SQE team for supplier assessment and improvement.
