Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
Develop and implement project plans including timelines and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Monitor progress ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery
Provide technical guidance and support to project team
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
