MezTal is seeking a high-energy Customer Experience Manager (CXM) to work with a U.S.-based client in the Senior Living technology space. You will drive product adoption, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand solutions and support revenue growth.

You will manage relationships across the United States and Canada, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams while analyzing dashboards and adoption data to improve outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Account Management experience within B2B SaaS (preferred)
• Professional/Advanced English required, with ability to communicate with U.S. and Canadian clients
• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel to the United States as required

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and other stakeholders
• Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned clients
• Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with client objectives
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure success and identify opportunities
• Monitor health, engagement, adoption metrics and dashboards for portfolio
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive intervention plans
• Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and account expansion
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to meet client needs
• Translate customer feedback into product enhancements and improved processes
