Job summary

Mastercard Colombia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale technology programs across payments ecosystems. You will partner with product, engineering, architecture and security to deliver secure, scalable solutions and align roadmaps with business goals.

You will translate strategy into executable plans, manage risks, dependencies and governance, and communicate status to senior leadership. Availability to be in the office 3 days per week is required.

• Hands-on experience managing programs in fintech and electronic payments ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate business and technology strategies into executable delivery plans and milestones.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management at executive levels.
