• Masters in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and send invoices or hard copies as requested.
• Perform cash allocation and validate remittances with detailed reporting.
• Allocate payments in line with remittances and AR processes.
• Collaborate across AR entities and monitor ageing buckets.
• Maintain SOPs and update processes as needed.
• Resolve client queries and information requests.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash applications.
• Follow up on disputes and coordinate across departments for resolution.
• Reconcile orders with customer books and handle credits/debits.
