Job summary

Autoliv Mexico is seeking an Electronics and Mechatronics Manager to lead end-to-end launch programs from concept to SOP, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet program milestones, quality targets, and cost expectations.

You will drive issue resolution, performance dashboards, and timely decision-making while managing DV/PV validation activities and PPAP readiness. This role requires strong leadership in a global matrix environment and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with fluency in English.
• Proven experience in automotive program management or launch leadership.
• Knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Experience with DV/PV validation, PPAP readiness and manufacturing readiness.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Electronics & Mechatronics launch programs through SOP.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability, resolve issues and align timing, quality and cost.
• Coordinate launch readiness reviews, maintain issue trackers and dashboards, close actions.
• Deliver project status updates to leadership with risks and recovery plans.
• Manage launch challenges and ensure timely decision-making and program execution.
