MCC is seeking an SAP FI/CO Analyst to manage financial accounting and controlling within SAP systems. The role involves configuration, integration with MM/SD/PP/HR, and ensuring compliant financial reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in English and Spanish. It offers a hybrid work setup with three days in the office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Hybrid (must be able to work from office 3 days a week).

Responsabilidades

• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements.
• Project management, roll outs, implementations (SAP & Radius).
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Provide functional support to end-users and conduct training.
• System Configuration & Implementation; upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders).
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, HR modules.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance; ensure accurate statements and IFRS/GAAP alignment.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• User training and documentation.
