Job summary

MCC Label in Mexico is seeking an SAP FI/CO Analyst to manage financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) within SAP, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth integration with other modules.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and can work in a hybrid model (office 3 days a week) with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial and controlling requirements with stakeholders
• Project management, roll outs, implementations (SAP & Radius)
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Provide day-to-day user support
• System configuration and implementation
• Configure FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders)
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)
• Financial reporting and compliance. Requirement gathering and analysis
• Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting
• Align SAP processes with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• User training and documentation
• System maintenance and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Work with IT teams to ensure system stability
• Participate in SAP implementation or migration projects

SAP FI/CO Analyst

The SAP FI/CO Analyst is focused on managing financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes within SAP systems, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, roll outs and integration with other business modules.
