MCC Label seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO Analyst to manage financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes within SAP, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

The role requires configuring FI/CO components, supporting audits, and training end-users, with bilingual English/Spanish communication and a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience and/or training; SAP certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• System Configuration & Implementation
• Configure FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders).
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR).
• Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting.
• Align SAP processes with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• User Support & Training
• Provide functional support to end-users.
• Conduct training sessions for finance and controlling teams.
• Document processes and create user manuals.
• System Maintenance & Enhancements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Work with IT teams to ensure system stability.
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Participate in SAP implementation or migration projects.
