Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP FICO consultant in Mexico to lead full lifecycle implementations and optimize FI/CO processes. The role involves blueprinting, configuring GL, AR, AP, CO modules, and integrating with SD, MM, PP, and third-party systems.

You will analyze business requirements, support financial closing, and deliver training while ensuring compliance and driving digital transformation with S/4HANA innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong CO focus rather than FI.
• Experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations (preferably including S/4HANA).
• Deep knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, CO-PA, and CO-PC.
• Experience in GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO processes.
• Integration with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules.
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools (FIORI, SAP Query, Report Painter/Writer).
• Knowledge of New GL functionalities, Taxation, and Bank Accounting.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance and innovations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO solutions, including project planning, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable, reliable FI/CO solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, COPA, IO, PC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with SD, MM, PP and third-party apps.
• Provide expertise in financial closing, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot errors, and apply best practices.
• Create and maintain configuration guides, functional specs, and user manuals.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA and guide digital transformation efforts.
