Rockwell Automation in Monterrey is seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead the bidding process for IT services, solutions, design or manufacturing services, from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring pricing approvals and technical solution endorsement. The role is based at our Monterrey branch with a hybrid schedule.

The candidate will hold a BS in Engineering, multi-task effectively, and collaborate across commercial and technical teams.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in coordinating across regional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the bidding process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Validate and endorse technical solutions and sign off on bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel Partners, and RA units to maximize win opportunities.
• Prepare accurate ROMs and participate in pricing approvals.
• Provide input to training and improve channel teams' proposal capabilities.
