Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support regulatory processes within the payments area of a Financial Institution.

You will design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and optimize batch processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive mainframe development, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, SAFe).

Formación

• Proven mainframe development experience in a regulated/payments environment.
• Strong COBOL, JCL and DB2 skills across batch and online processes.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, SAFe).
• Familiarity with IBM CICS, Control-M and TSO environments.

Responsabilidades

• Mainframe Programming and Development: design, develop, and maintain applications in a Mainframe environment.
• Batch Processes and File Management: develop and optimize complex batch processes.
• Version Control and Schedulers: use Endeavor and schedulers like TWS for programming and management.
• Online Programming: develop transactions and services for payment systems.
• Collaboration: work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
