Epsilon LATAM. is looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer to design and maintain applications in a Mainframe environment. The ideal candidate will focus on code quality and efficiency while managing complex Batch processes.

Strong experience with DB2, JCL, and COBOL Systems is required, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies. This role demands excellent collaboration skills as you will work with diverse teams to resolve technical challenges.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience with DB2.
• Proficiency in JCL.
• Extensive experience in Mainframe Development.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, SAFe).
• Mastery of COBOL Systems.
• Experience with IBM CICS.
• Experience with Control-M.
• Proficiency in Endeavor as a version control system.
• Experience with the TWS tool for Batch process programming.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications and systems.
• Develop and manage complex Batch processes and optimize data files.
• Utilize version control tools and job schedulers for process management.
• Apply knowledge of online programming for transaction development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain communication.
• Identify and proactively resolve technical issues.
